• Every project must have an agreed scope before work begins.
• Custom requests may require custom pricing.
• Extra changes outside the agreed scope may cost more.
• Delivery times depend on project size and client response speed.

• Payments may be accepted through PayPal or other agreed methods.
• Some graphic design services may also accept NS Coins.
• Work may require upfront or partial payment depending on the project.
• Prices may vary depending on complexity.

To deliver a clean result, clients must provide:

• Correct information
• Logos and brand assets
• References
• Roster details
• Brand details
• Access needed for setup if required

• Small revisions may be included depending on the service.
• Extra edits may cost more.
• Some design items have edit fees.
• Major changes after approval may be treated as a new request.

• Digital files, website links, setup access, or completed assets are delivered through agreed channels.
• Delays may happen if required materials are missing.

• Once paid, clients can use delivered assets for their organization.
• Natare Six Business may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests privacy.
• Clients must own or have rights to any logos or assets they send.

• Natare Six Business is not responsible for third-party platform issues.
• Not responsible for domain or hosting issues caused by third parties.
• Not responsible for lost access if a client changes credentials or removes permissions.
