Introduction

Natare Six Business provides digital and custom services, so refunds depend on project status and the amount of work already completed.

Before Work Starts

If payment was made and work has not started yet, a refund may be possible. Reach out as soon as possible if you change your mind.

After Work Starts

Once work has started, full refunds are usually not available because time and resources have already been used.

Digital Design Orders

  • Small graphic design orders may be non-refundable once work starts.
  • Revisions can be provided depending on the service.
  • Extra edits may cost more if outside the original scope.

Website and Setup Projects

  • Deposits may be non-refundable once planning, design or development begins.
  • Partial refunds may be considered depending on progress.
  • Completed websites or delivered systems are not refundable after approval and delivery.

Monthly Maintenance

  • Monthly maintenance can be cancelled before the next billing cycle.
  • Previously paid months are not refunded after service has been provided.

Custom Cases

  • Special cases can be reviewed individually.
